FastGoHR is a recruitment and workforce product in development. You can create a personal workspace and register early access interest. The public product sample uses fictional information and contains no real vacancies, employees or job applications.

Sign-in and personal workspaces

Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. FastGoHR receives a Site-specific sign-in identifier, your email, and your name when available. These identify you and display your account information. We do not ask for or store your ChatGPT password.

When you create a workspace, we store its name, team size, main priority, your Site-specific sign-in identifier, your consent time, and creation and update times. The workspace belongs to that signed-in identity. This release does not support shared team membership, live hiring, payroll or employee records.

Updating or deleting a workspace

You can update your saved team details or delete the workspace in workspace settings after signing in. Workspace information is kept until you delete it. Deletion removes those saved workspace details; it does not delete your ChatGPT account or separate early access requests.

What the early access form collects

Your name, email, company (if provided), team size and product interest are saved when you submit the separate early access form with consent. We use these details to review and respond to early access interest. Submitting that form does not create a workspace, purchase a subscription or guarantee access to future modules.

Where information goes

Workspace details and early access requests are stored in this website’s hosted database. The website operator and hosting provider can process the information to operate the site. No advertising trackers are added by this website. The early access form does not subscribe you to a third-party marketing service or send an automatic email.

Removing an early access request

After submitting an early access request, save the private management link on the confirmation screen. It lets you delete the contact information in that request. Anyone with the complete link can delete that request, so keep it private. Its token is stored only as a hash on the server.

Retention and operational information

Early access requests older than 90 days are removed during the next successful form submission. Hashed identifiers used for submission limits are removed during the next successful submission after 24 hours; raw network addresses are not saved in the application database. Hosting and sign-in providers may maintain their own operational logs and session information.

Please do not submit CVs, identity documents, salary records or sensitive employee information in this release.
